Chiropractic is the understanding of how your body works and what true health is. True health is produced inside the body. Your body is functioning whether you are thinking about it or not.   You cannot control your immune system by thinking, moving, eating, walking, talking, or exercising.  In some cases, you will not even know there is a problem until a breakdown (health problem) occurs.

Adjustments: Adjustments are performed on a mal-positioned bone to restore life.  The objective of this movement is to realign vertebrae that have moved out of place for a number of reasons ranging from normal daily activity to trauma such as a car accident.

When a vertebrae is out of place, it has a profound systemic effect on your central nervous system (your brain, brainstem and spinal cord). Without proper alignment and flow of all nerves and systems in the body from the brain, we can't function.
